See Throughline in action.

Follow one announcement from your messaging document to the report your client sees: which key messages the coverage carried, what ChatGPT and Gemini said before and after, and the evidence behind every number.

Step by step

Four steps, and what arrives alongside them.

1

Set up the campaign

One page: the client, the campaign name, the announcement date, the spokesperson and your messaging document. Throughline reads the key messages from the document when you save, in the document's own words, and marks any word it added so you can change it. For a spokesperson's comments at an event, switch on Count articles that quote the spokesperson.

2

AI check: before

Before the announcement, Throughline writes questions from your key messages, some naming your client and some only about the topic, and puts them to ChatGPT and Gemini with live web search. Every answer is kept word for word, with whether your message was in it and whether your client came up at all. This is the picture you compare against later.

Online coverage arrives

Three ways in, side by side. Paste one article's link. Bring in the coverage list your team already keeps: paste the Google Sheet link or upload the Excel file, and Throughline reads the links behind the headlines. Or press Find coverage and Throughline searches the web, keeps what is about your announcement, and lists what it left out with the reason. Every article is read and scored.

Pitches and your journalists

Switch on Pitches for a campaign and bring in the pitch list your team keeps, from a Google Sheet link or a file. Each journalist is added to your agency's contacts once and picked from them on every later campaign. Mark interviews, so coverage you earned is credited separately from plain wire pickups, and open any journalist to see what they wrote, how closely it carried your messages, and their overall score.

AI check: after

About a week after the announcement, once coverage has landed, run the check again. Throughline sets the new answers beside the earlier ones so you can see what changed.

Start with your next announcement. Throughline asks the AI assistants about your client before it goes out, so the report you hand over shows what changed.
