Throughline is a PR campaign intelligence platform operated by We Are Digital Vision Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), company number 08102423, registered office: Mutfords, Hare Street, Buntingford, England, SG9 0ED. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZB247458. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are committed to handling your information transparently and in line with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Account data: your name, email address, agency name, and role when you register or are invited.
Customer data: campaign details, messaging documents, journalist and pitch records, coverage article URLs and extracted text, classifications, source attributions, AI audit results, and strategy feedback you submit.
Usage data: information about how you interact with the Service, including event logs and analytics.
Throughline enforces row-level access controls so that only users within your agency (and platform administrators) can read or modify your Customer Data. Each campaign, article, classification, and related record is scoped to the agency that created it.
We use large language models to extract key messages, fetch and summarise article content, classify coverage, and produce audit findings. Your Customer Data is processed to generate these insights. AI outputs should be reviewed for accuracy before external use.
When you submit an article URL, our server fetches the public page content for analysis. We validate URLs and reject private or internal network addresses to prevent misuse. Fetched content is used solely to extract metadata and article text for your campaign.
Shareable report links use a token that grants read-only access to a specific campaign report. Anyone with the link can view that report until you rotate or revoke the token. You control when and with whom you share links.
We retain Customer Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account termination, you should export any data you wish to keep; we will delete or anonymise remaining Customer Data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@wearedigitalvision.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and row-level security. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure a level of data protection consistent with applicable law.
Throughline is intended for professional use and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
